Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiting)

Location: Remote; listed locations include South Africa, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the United Kingdom. The role is described as work from anywhere.

Salary: $13–$17 per hour (approximately $2,250–$2,950 per month for full-time work).

What you will do

• Source, headhunt, and attract candidates across multiple departments.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and provide a clear, professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and move applicants efficiently through the hiring process.
• Prepare offers, support negotiations, and improve offer acceptance and close rates.
• Lead onboarding from Day 1 and ensure new hires have clear expectations and resources.
• Build and optimize hiring systems, scorecards, reporting, pipelines, and onboarding workflows with the CEO and department leads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Strong LinkedIn and Boolean sourcing skills.
• Confident use of ATS platforms such as Workable, assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interview frameworks.
• Clear, professional, and confident written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, process-driven, independent, coachable, and focused on high hiring standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in online marketing, coaching, education, or other fast-moving online businesses.
