Talent Acquisition Lead (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead talent acquisition strategy for an assigned business unit or portfolio, aligned with workforce plans and scarce-skill requirements.
• Manage the talent acquisition team's daily operations, including operational cadences, pipeline reviews, KPIs, and service-level agreements.
• Optimize hiring processes using market trends, recruitment data, business requirements, and best practices.
• Develop attraction strategies, talent pools, graduate recruitment initiatives, and employer-branding activities.
• Partner with HR People Partners and business stakeholders on workforce needs, onboarding, escalations, and recruitment solutions.
• Coach and develop recruiters and hiring managers, encouraging proactive sourcing, critical thinking, and effective interviewing practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 2–3 years of team management experience or experience in a senior talent acquisition position.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, project management, and team management skills.
• Experience with system integration, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder influence, communication, adaptability, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce.
• Experience developing recruitment upskilling programs and innovative sourcing approaches.
