What you will do

• Lead complex research projects for new plate-based ELISA and bead-based multiplex Luminex products.
• Develop immunoassays from initial concept through product release while meeting milestones, timelines, and product requirements.
• Gather and analyze experimental data to determine next steps and improve existing processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, electronic laboratory notebook records, and other required documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project progress, and contribute to design control and phase-gate processes.
• Define product requirements and develop marketing content to support new product launches.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in biochemistry, biology, or an equivalent field with 8–10 years of research experience, or a PhD in biochemistry, biology, or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments used in immunoassay work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, solve problems, manage multiple projects, and work independently.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in training and mentoring laboratory members.
• Must have United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience developing immunoassays.
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebooks and database management.
• Computer entry and typing skills.
