Revenue Cycle Operations Manager (Epic Professional Billing)

Location: Chicago, United States

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage teams within the domestic revenue cycle operations business office.
• Lead operational performance, financial performance, cost efficiency, customer service, and staff productivity.
• Identify and implement solutions for operational issues and participate in process and system redesign.
• Track performance trends, prepare service-level metrics, and report recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate training, performance standards, appraisals, coaching, and improvement plans.
• Execute strategic priorities and special projects while managing day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of revenue management or revenue cycle experience, including account billing, follow-up, charge integrity, insurance verification, or related functions.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience with strong team-building and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
