Manager, Revenue Cycle (Healthcare Revenue Cycle)

Location: Remote

Salary: $97,700–$146,500 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Transition new billing teams into Revenue Cycle operations.
• Analyze daily metrics to maintain service quality and performance standards.
• Identify and implement Revenue Cycle process improvements and special projects.
• Coordinate communication between billing teams and Coding, Analytics, and IT resources.
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive operational results.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, collections, medical billing, financial reporting, and collections processes.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding; radiology Revenue Cycle experience is preferred.
• Experience with billing systems, payer setup and configuration, and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead process improvement projects, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience, including 4–5+ years of Revenue Cycle supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume managed care environment.
