Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy and Operations Manager

Location: Fully remote within the continental United States

Base salary: $135,000–$150,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with Finance to design, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies and hybrid FFS/PEMPM billing models.
• Lead RCM onboarding for B2B clients and complex new lines of business, including billing workflow implementation across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Own high-level RCM escalations and optimize the proprietary technology stack across EHRs, clearinghouses, and internal databases.
• Research healthcare industry, payer, benefit, and regulatory changes and assess their financial impact.
• Use BI tools and financial models to monitor revenue cycle KPIs, audit billing data, reconcile payments, and track implementation milestones.
• Establish quality frameworks and SOPs, manage denial strategy, and oversee claim submission, clearinghouse error resolution, and payment posting.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in a healthcare startup, digital health company, or multi-specialty group.
• Deep knowledge of commercial and Medicaid billing, claim formats, coding discussions, and denial resolution.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Product, and Tech to build pricing structures and scalable operational tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; basic SQL and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker are highly preferred.
• Experience managing high-impact projects, implementing software configurations, and building cross-functional consensus as a senior individual contributor.
