Production Supervisor (Biotech)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; onsite laboratory work

Salary: $34.00–$46.75 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise Production Technicians, set goals, manage performance, support career development, and oversee daily work.
• Mentor, train, motivate, and provide technical guidance to laboratory personnel.
• Coordinate daily laboratory activities, including safety, equipment maintenance, supplies, and calibration.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to deadlines and collaborate on troubleshooting and improvement experiments.
• Lead process improvements to increase workflow efficiency and draft or revise SOPs.
• Attend meetings, complete action items, and address employee issues professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capacity and the ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments used in hematology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong planning, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
