Staff Production Control Specialist - Supply Chain Management (Semiconductor Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage supply planning and prioritization for semiconductor products supplied by third-party vendors.
• Prepare production and work orders in SAP and oversee OSAT activities, including WIP movement, material shortages, backlog resolution, and shipment timing.
• Coordinate forecasts and delivery commitments with OSAT manufacturing partners and related supply chain functions.
• Monitor order fulfillment, develop contingency plans, and provide supply status against forecast, actual demand, and build strategy.
• Analyze inventory, manage DOI, address slow-moving and obsolete stock, and recommend order quantity adjustments or material substitutions.
• Maintain planning master data and improve OTD, supplier OTD, cycle time, B2B transaction, and revenue metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or operations planning.
• 3–5 years of related experience in semiconductor manufacturing or subcontractor management.
• End-to-end supply chain understanding in a semiconductor or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI; advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
• Strong analytical planning skills and the ability to communicate effectively with OSAT partners in a deadline-driven environment.
