Supply Chain Material Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage outsourced buyer operations and act as the primary point of contact for supplier delivery and back-end procurement escalations for APAC ramp activities.
• Own supplier procurement operations from forecast through delivery, including RFQ and master data setup for capital and supporting items procurement in hirify.global systems.
• Manage outsourced buyer team PO placement and change management for capital equipment and supporting items across supplier accounts.
• Ensure supplier capacity availability to meet hirify.global site ramp requirements and maintain manufacturing stability.
• Track program health using quality and timeline indicators; monitor supplier performance against delivery, quality, and ramp-specific KPIs.
• Provide first-level escalation support to APAC site stakeholders and communicate risks, impacts, and decisions clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management (or related) and 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Fluency in English / advanced English level required for effective verbal and written communication.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP or other procurement management systems.
• 2+ years of supplier management or commercial negotiation strategy.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, market dynamics, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones; early morning and/or later evening meetings may be required.
