Supply Chain Executive (AI Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Review purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and manage rescheduling based on MRP demand changes.
• Monitor inventory shortages, excess, aging, and slow-moving materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery timing, pricing, product quality, and alternative sourcing.
• Escalate critical shortages, supply constraints, and quality issues to management.
• Drive improvements in purchasing processes, supplier delivery, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Support inventory, cost, quality, and supplier-performance targets while complying with purchasing policy.

Requirements

• Degree in Purchasing Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
