Supply Chain Director (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Establish and lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a new semiconductor manufacturing site in Malaysia.
• Develop supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, customer demand, and operational objectives.
• Lead regional and global sourcing, supplier localization, value engineering, contract negotiations, and replenishment programs.
• Oversee demand and supply planning, inventory, capacity, materials availability, logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
• Manage supplier performance, corrective actions, risk mitigation, business continuity, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization, working capital improvements, digitalization, automation, and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading supply chain teams and delivering measurable operational results.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain dynamics, including procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Cloud or SAP S4 Hana proficiency is required.
