Digital Consulting Senior Manager-Oracle EPM (Planning)

Location: Remote with flexible living locations in the United States; travel up to 50% as needed. Chicago office listed at 550 Van Buren.

Salary: $165,000–$190,000 estimated annual base salary; total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation is $198,000–$228,000.

What you will do

• Lead hands-on, client-facing engagements from pursuit through delivery.
• Manage projects and engagements across all phases and scopes.
• Perform intensive data analysis and implement impactful recommendations.
• Lead teams and interact with clients at tactical and strategic levels.
• Contribute to practice development and mentor assigned consultants.
• Handle project and organizational administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6–10 years of consulting experience with cloud implementations, specifically Oracle EPM Planning.
• 2–4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Multiple successfully delivered end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Experience developing and growing others through coaching and leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and live in the United States.
