K-12 Technology Consulting Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid, with a principally in-person working model and required travel. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The compensation range applies across offices in CO, IL, OH, and MA.

Salary: $114,000–$145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Advise K-12 and higher-education clients on ERP selection, requirements definition, implementation, and advisory services.
• Define functional requirements, priorities, specifications, and requests for proposals.
• Analyze vendor proposals, issue clarifications, and support due diligence activities.
• Support implementation management through issue and risk tracking, change orders, system design, data conversion planning, change management, and training.
• Lead process redesign, current- and future-state mapping, IT strategic planning, and client strategy sessions.
• Define project scopes, develop workplans and proposals, present to prospective clients, and build relationships within K-12 and higher-education networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of recent or current experience in a similar role.
• Experience with public-sector ERP implementation efforts is preferred, including platforms such as CGI, Oracle, PowerSchool, SAP, Tyler, or Workday.
• Strong numerical, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, complete projects within budget, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
