Junior Security Technik Administrator (Cybersecurity)

Location: Košice, Slovakia. Remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations. The role follows a 24/7, 12-hour day or night shift schedule.

Salary: Base salary from €1,150 gross per month, depending on seniority and experience, plus a €300 gross bonus for worsened working conditions, variable pay, and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Perform basic administrative and operational tasks within defined security processes.
• Support security management systems and operate selected reference systems and security tools.
• Participate in security tests, reviews, and the planning and procurement of technical equipment.
• Provide L1 technical support for security-related issues and projects.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and information about security issues.

Requirements

• Secondary education in information technologies.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, networking, hardware and software, and ITIL V4 Foundation.
• General knowledge of networking, routing and switching, IPsec and SSL VPNs, proxy and reverse proxy services, and firewalls.
• English at B2 level is required.
• A clear criminal record and the ability to pass Security Clearance in NBÚ are required.
• Effective communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies and achieve certifications.
