German Speaking IT Security Manager (Corporate Security) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Budapest, Szeged, Pécs, or Debrecen, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Implement and enforce group-wide security governance standards and manage the Security Business Partner Program.
• Advise business units on security processes, procedures, tools, and maturity improvement.
• Manage ISMS methodologies and operational requirements, including supplier management and continuous improvement.
• Define requirements for security and privacy tools and coordinate their technical implementation.
• Prepare, support, and conduct internal and external audits for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, and TISAX certifications.
• Identify and validate security risks, lead mitigation projects, and implement measures to monitor, detect, and prevent cyberattacks.

Requirements

• University degree with a security or IT focus.
• C2-level German proficiency required.
• Several years of practical information security experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, TISAX, and related security and risk management standards.
• Experience conducting internal or external audits as a lead auditor or co-auditor.
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, with strong communication, collaboration, and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, or CCNA Security certification.
• Practical experience with management-level security risk management.
• AI, automation, or data analysis proficiency.
