German Speaking Customer Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.

What you will do

• Manage customer-specific IT security risk management, security requirements, governance, and service-level agreements.
• Coordinate and quality-assure security reporting, including incident, access, and analysis reports.
• Act as the named security interface for customers and support service delivery during transition and transformation.
• Manage security events and incidents with operational teams and coordinate security measures and services.
• Plan and support customer-specific security audits, pre-audits, and security projects.
• Lead security improvement and innovation programs and conduct internal and customer steering meetings.

Requirements

• Experience with IT risk and compliance management.
• Strong communication skills for alignment with customers at management and technical levels and with internal technical teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud, network, endpoint, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and AV/EDR services.
• Fluent German at C1 level or higher, both verbal and written.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher, both verbal and written.
