Senior Civil Engineer - Supervisor

Location: Eastern Wisconsin; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Delafield, Wisconsin. Hybrid initially, with reporting to the Delafield office a few days per week and potential to work fully remotely after a few months.

Base compensation: $120,000–$140,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Manage multiple municipal and roadway projects for clients throughout eastern Wisconsin.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines to solve project challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Represent hirify.global at project and public meetings with local governments, municipalities, and other agencies.
• Supervise assigned staff through work planning, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Partner with business development staff on proposals, client interviews, and project team selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer software.
• Experience serving as lead project manager on municipal and/or roadway projects.
• Residence within 50 miles of Delafield, Wisconsin and ability to report to the Delafield office initially.
• Authorization to work for any U.S. employer without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
