Technical Customer Engineer II (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; extensive travel required: 80% domestic and 20% international

What you will do

• Provide application support and expert advice on dispensing, coating, and selective soldering processes.
• Develop tailored process recipes based on customer requirements.
• Conduct equipment and application demonstrations in the applications lab and prepare reports for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Identify customer application challenges and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
• Deliver in-house and on-site customer training.
• Install, validate, commission, troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment at customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in the electronics industry.
• Hands-on experience with dispensing, coating, or selective soldering equipment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand the bigger picture.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and proactive use of internal resources.
