Sr. Engineer II - Production (IC Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Formulate and review specifications and procedures for IC assembly processes.
• Recommend, prepare, install, characterize, optimize, and maintain assembly equipment, parts, and materials.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for assembly yield, quality, productivity, and cycle time.
• Analyze defect and process-deviation root causes and implement corrective actions and recurrence-prevention procedures.
• Apply SPC techniques to monitor and optimize assembly processes and incoming quality control.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and provide guidance and training to engineers, technicians, and production staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• At least 3 years of experience in IC manufacturing.
• Good command of English for communication.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on assigned responsibilities.
