Process Engineer II (Milling/Vacuum - Slider Cleanroom)

Location: Onsite in Korat (Nakhon Ratchasima), Thailand

What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report findings to management.
• Develop, improve, and optimize cleanroom processes to enhance quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, industrial engineering, planning, and other support teams on investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and complete the required documentation.
• Support technology and process transfers from Process Technology Development teams in the USA and Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in cleanroom process engineering, particularly vacuum technologies, is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage conflicting deadlines.
