Senior Engineer - Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance (PLC)

Location: BangPa-in, Thailand; onsite at BangPa-In Building 4

What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and maintenance issues.
• Define containment actions and implement long-term corrective solutions for equipment and process problems.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance using Cpk, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE metrics.
• Support product and technology transfers between manufacturing sites.
• Train and guide technicians and manufacturing personnel, while supervising effective technical execution.
• Develop and debug PLC software using ladder diagrams for automation machines, and use IT, database systems, and simple scripts to retrieve information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Robotics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• English communication and presentation skills are required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, automation systems, and data mining techniques.
• Intermediate-to-advanced PLC development skills.
