Manager, Sourcing

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned functions, geographies, and business units.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, DE&I, and business leaders to align sourcing with workforce plans and critical hiring needs.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, research, referrals, social media, and industry events.
• Analyse talent markets, competitor hiring practices, workforce trends, sourcing metrics, and pipeline health.
• Improve sourcing processes using data, technology, and best practices, while supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and market intelligence data in ATS and CRM platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment sourcing, executive search, or workforce planning.
• Experience creating sourcing strategies, identifying candidates, conducting talent mapping and market research, and developing pipelines.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to establish effective partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing and category management methodologies.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP or Ariba.
• Experience driving cost savings, process improvements, supplier risk management, or sustainability initiatives.
• AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, CIR, or similar certification.
