Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid
Salary: Kč704,000.00–Kč1,135,050.00 base pay per year

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across the EMEA Innovative Medicine Supply Chain organization.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, advertising, and third-party agencies.
- Screen and select candidates by assessing experience, suitability, and cultural fit.
- Provide an effective candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication and follow-up.
- Build partnerships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead recruitment system processes, maintain data integrity, and support talent acquisition projects.
Requirements
- Around two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficient English.
- Ability to manage a high volume of varied roles with a results-oriented and organized approach.
- Strong communication, collaboration, solution-crafting, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI practices and effective prompt generation.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a multinational corporate environment.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting, talent management, HR consulting, project support, or training administration.
