Senior ERP Manager (SAP): Leading the evolution and operational excellence of Cricut’s SAP S/4HANA Cloud ecosystem with an accent on Clean Core architecture, SAP BTP, AI-enabled innovation, and cross-functional ERP transformation. Focus on managing enterprise ERP programs, integrating manufacturing, warehouse, e-commerce, CRM, and third-party systems, and driving release governance, automation, and operational reliability.
Location: South Jordan, Utah, USA; in-office at least 4–5 days per week

What you will do
- Lead the evolution, governance, and operational excellence of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ecosystem.
- Align ERP strategy and roadmaps with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, Fulfillment, E-Commerce, Customer Care, and Sales priorities.
- Manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud enhancements, upgrades, quarterly releases, integrations, and transformation programs.
- Drive Clean Core adoption and scalable extensions using SAP BTP, SAP Joule, Joule Studio, Business Data Cloud, Fiori, analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Manage ERP portfolios, including scope, budgets, timelines, vendors, risks, delivery execution, testing, change management, and business readiness.
- Lead internal ERP teams, consultants, and managed service partners while establishing KPIs, SLAs, release governance, and delivery standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of ERP experience, including 5+ years leading SAP environments and enterprise programs.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and Clean Core architecture.
- Knowledge of SAP AI capabilities, including Joule and Joule Studio, plus SAP Business Data Cloud and enterprise analytics strategy.
- Functional expertise in Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, Production Planning, and Warehouse and Logistics integrations.
- Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP certifications.
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and product-oriented delivery models.
