Senior Lead SAP Manufacturing (S/4HANA)

Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts, United States; willingness to travel as needed.

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of a global SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solution.
• Own solution architecture and deliver SAP PP, PPDS, and AVC capabilities end to end.
• Configure solutions, guide testing, support operations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable and automated solutions.
• Collaborate with global business and IT teams on solution rollout, integration, and user support.
• Shape a greenfield SAP implementation for high-volume manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP ERP experience, including brownfield and greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP PP, PPDS, and AVC, including end-to-end configuration.
• Experience implementing PP, PPDS, and AVC in high-volume make-to-order environments with up to 10,000 custom orders per day.
• Expertise in PPDS heuristics, CRP, PP, DS, planning boards, alert profiles, variant models, and manufacturing master data.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cross-functional integration across manufacturing, planning, and supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, MIS, IT, or a related field.
