Senior Solutions Engineer I – ERP Customization & Integration, Contract-to-Hire (ERP)

What you will do

• Define integration patterns, data-flow architectures, and technical standards for ERP customization projects.
• Design, develop, and implement custom ERP modules, features, workflows, scripts, and reports.
• Create and maintain integrations between ERP platforms and other business applications using APIs and ETL tools.
• Analyze business processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct system testing and debugging.
• Lead requirements workshops, present solution designs, and serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders.
• Estimate project scope, timelines, resources, and costs while identifying risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as BST11 ERP, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek, or NetSuite.
• Expertise in Java, C#, Python, and SQL, plus experience with APIs, ETL tools, database management, and ERP architecture.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, mentor junior developers, and take ownership of solutions through completion.
• Some travel may be required, although travel is not extensive.
