Customs and Export Control Clerk (m/f/d) (Semiconductor)

Location: Duesseldorf, Germany; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare export and import declarations.
• Perform sanction list and Know Your Customer checks.
• Assign HS-code tariffs and classify goods for export control.
• Approve shipping invoices.
• Act as the daily contact for customs and export control matters.

Requirements

• Qualification as a Foreign Trade Specialist or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in customs and export control.
• Specific knowledge of customs and export control requirements.
• Substantial knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of SAP.
• Fluent English and German required. Analytical communication skills, initiative, and team spirit.
