What you will do

• Process and submit accurate customs declarations for clients across the EMEA region.
• Perform tariff classification and valuation of goods in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with operations teams and clients to resolve customs-related queries and gather documentation.
• Monitor changes in customs laws and advise on necessary operational adjustments.
• Identify and escalate complex customs issues to management for timely resolution.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance.
• Solid understanding of EMEA customs procedures and import/export regulations.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customs declaration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Compliance-first mindset suitable for a heavily regulated industry.
