Partnerships Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote for U.S.-based employees; must be based in the United States

Base salary: $178,000–$223,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities and equity compensation.

What you will do

• Align strategic technology partnerships with product and platform strategy.
• Build partner relationships and influence partner roadmaps, technical priorities, policies, and integration capabilities.
• Identify, prioritize, and measure partnerships based on revenue, distribution, adoption, retention, and ecosystem usage.
• Lead product discovery, solution design, integration implementation, and ongoing ecosystem optimization.
• Establish partner onboarding frameworks with developer portals, sandbox environments, API and SDK documentation, and onboarding experiences.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Compliance, Finance, and go-to-market stakeholders while advising on build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, wealth management, banking software, or complex enterprise API platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures, RESTful APIs, webhooks, data schemas, OAuth, SOC 2, and developer ecosystem tooling.
• Knowledge of financial data privacy, data sovereignty, secure entitlement frameworks, zero-trust security, access controls, and third-party risk.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and negotiating commercial and technical arrangements with external partners.
• Deep understanding of financial services ecosystems, including core banking, ledger systems, custodians, market data providers, and KYC/AML platforms.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
