SF/NY OTE $216K–$297K • Nationwide OTE $194K–$267K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission • 70/30 split

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships: source, qualify, negotiate commercial and legal terms, structure integrations with Product and Engineering, launch, and scale
- Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities and scope what's worth building alongside Product, Engineering, and Legal
- Negotiate complex commercial terms including pricing, rev share, MSA, data/IP rights
- Quarterback launches across Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to drive customer adoption
- Build relationships with senior counterparts and run formal cadences like QBRs and exec syncs
- Define and report against partnership KPIs tied to product and revenue priorities
Requirements
- 7+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Product Management, or related, with track record of owning deals end-to-end (sourcing through launch)
- Experience structuring/closing partnerships requiring product/engineering work (not channel/reseller)
- Strong fluency with API-based integrations, scoping technical work with engineers/PMs
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, picking partners in emerging categories
- Strong commercial instincts for pricing, terms, risk allocation, driving contracts to signature
- Background in one of the above categories; preference for Product Management
Nice to have
- Direct experience negotiating data/API/model-access governance terms
- Shipped product partnership opening new vertical/geography/category
- Prior exposure to ERP/accounting ecosystems
- Experience as design-partner manager for early-stage products
