Staff Product Manager, Platform (Fintech)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (hybrid) or remote within the United States. Employees outside the Nashville area must travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings.

Salary: $165,000–$210,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the definition, execution, and delivery of the Platform product area through PRDs, backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap development.
• Translate application-team needs into prioritized platform investments across approvals, custom workflows, authentication, authorization, files, comments, notifications, and APIs.
• Partner with Platform Engineering to sequence investments in service reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.
• Drive zero-to-one initiatives from customer discovery through design, launch, iteration, and measurable business impact.
• Define OKRs and success metrics, present roadmaps and demos, and support adoption with go-to-market teams.
• Improve collaboration and decision-making across Platform, Application, Engineering, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience at growth-stage or scaling technology companies.
• At least 4 years managing platform teams and technical products as a Product Manager.
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to evaluate architecture, feasibility, scalability, and implementation trade-offs with engineers.
• Proven zero-to-one product development experience, from customer discovery through delivery, with measurable shipped outcomes.
• Experience with product development lifecycle practices in complex, multi-team environments and with B2B SaaS products and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leadership and enterprise customers.

Nice to have

• Construction finance or fintech domain experience.
• Experience identifying workflow automation and AI opportunities.
