Partnerships Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $178,000–$223,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy, product vision, and governance model for hirify.global’s external technology partner ecosystem.
• Lead partnership discovery, solution design, integration requirements, and workflow development with clients, partners, design, engineering, and product teams.
• Drive commercial outcomes including partner-attached ARR, distribution, retention, adoption, and gross-margin improvement.
• Establish data-sharing protocols, audit mechanisms, zero-trust security practices, and granular access controls across integrations.
• Design scalable partner onboarding pathways, including developer portals, sandbox environments, API and SDK documentation, and partner-platform onboarding.
• Advise product teams on build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions, integration feasibility, ecosystem dependencies, and emerging fintech opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, financial technology, wealth management, banking software, or complex enterprise API platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures, RESTful APIs, webhooks, data schemas, OAuth, SOC 2, and developer ecosystem tooling.
• Experience with financial data privacy, data sovereignty, secure entitlement frameworks, and integration security.
• Proven ability to align Legal, Security, Finance, Compliance, and go-to-market stakeholders and negotiate commercial and technical structures with external partners.
• Deep knowledge of financial services ecosystems, including banking, ledger systems, custodians, market data vendors, and KYC/AML platforms.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
