Buyer - Women's Outerwear (Fashion)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA — onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Develop and execute buying strategies for trend-driven women's outerwear assortments.
• Forecast fashion trends through runway, market, social media, and competitor research.
• Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to deliver on-trend new products.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, product quality, and delivery dates to optimize margins.
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, pricing, margin targets, and inventory levels.
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams to support launches and replenish high-demand styles.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of apparel buying experience, ideally with an e-commerce fashion brand.
• Previous outerwear buying experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends and passion for the fashion industry.
• Experience managing vendors and negotiating costs, quality, and delivery dates.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace; bachelor's degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
