Inventory Coordinator - Warehousing & Distribution | M-F, 6am-3pm

Location: 951 Valley View Ln, Irving, TX 75061, USA; Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm; on-site warehouse operations.

What you will do

• Process customer orders, manage distribution accounts, and coordinate order allocation, receiving, shipping, inventory, and billing transactions.
• Prepare operational reports, work orders, shipping documentation, inventory records, and other required paperwork.
• Monitor and trace shipments, communicate status and delays, and act as a liaison between customers, vendors, carriers, warehouse personnel, and the office.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through WMS reconciliation, cycle counts, physical inventories, and accurate transaction recording.
• Investigate discrepancies, monitor shortages and overages, support inventory reporting and audits, and communicate operational risks.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and escalate operational, customer service, inventory, or compliance issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Professional, positive, and helpful approach to customer and operational interactions.
• Work visas are not sponsored, and relocation assistance is not provided.
