Warehouse Supervisor

Location: On-site in Savannah, Georgia, United States

Pay: $25–$27 per hour, plus potential monthly incentives.

What you will do

• Supervise Warehouse Logistics Specialists and Warehouse Associates, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, record updates, and research of custom warehouse orders.
• Coordinate incoming, outgoing, and will-call orders, including accurate picking, pulling, and fulfillment.
• Dispatch team members to jobsites for final cleanup or delivery of materials to ongoing installations.
• Maintain forklifts, ladders, tools, emergency equipment, and other warehouse equipment through inspections and upkeep.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, organization, housekeeping, and customer-focused order handling.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a warehouse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to operate a forklift; forklift certification is required or preferred according to operational needs.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, perform physically demanding tasks, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including possible evening and weekend shifts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
