VP, eCommerce Pure Players, Americas (Amazon)

Location: United States; scope covers the United States and Canada.

Annual salary: $255,000–$360,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead the Americas Pure Players P&L across revenue, margin, contribution, and market share.
• Develop marketplace strategy across Amazon 1P, 3P, and DTC models, including assortment, channel mix, and launch sequencing.
• Own Amazon commercial performance, negotiations, forecasting, inventory planning, trade spend, and profitability.
• Lead retail media, Amazon Ads, content, conversion, and full-funnel growth initiatives.
• Build the analytics and data science foundation, including trusted performance reporting and AI-enabled commercial operations.
• Lead a cross-functional Americas e-commerce organization and represent hirify.global in strategic planning with Amazon leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital-first commercial leadership experience with significant P&L ownership.
• Hands-on experience managing the Amazon marketplace at scale in North America; experience with Amazon.com and Amazon.ca is preferred.
• Command of both 1P Vendor and 3P/DTC models and their economics.
• Experience leading cross-functional e-commerce organizations across sales, operations, marketing, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and marketplace analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
