Senior Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite

Annual base salary: $192,000–$307,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Build and own DCF, comparable company, pro forma, valuation, and synergy models for acquisition and investment targets.
• Coordinate product, engineering, finance, and legal diligence, analyze data rooms, and synthesize findings into recommendations.
• Produce screening analyses and market landscapes across data, AI, cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Support transaction structuring, NDA and term sheet review, negotiation preparation, and deal execution.
• Maintain pipeline tracking and deal process infrastructure across concurrent workstreams.
• Draft investment memos, transaction reviews, market updates, and contribute to AI-enabled deal processes and market intelligence.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or venture capital, including hands-on transaction experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, accounting, and transaction analysis capabilities.
• Ability to rapidly develop technical fluency in unfamiliar domains; enterprise infrastructure, data, or AI experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency applying AI tools to research, analysis, and transaction evaluation.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce concise, decision-ready materials for executive audiences.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams; experience guiding analysts or associates is advantageous.
