Order Management Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Review customer orders for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
• Enter and manage orders through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Provide customer service and act as a point of contact for distribution and reseller partners.
• Coordinate order management activities with warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams.
• Process return requests, RMAs, and customer credits.
• Maintain order management process documentation and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP order processing systems and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, international trade regulations, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage time, prioritize tasks under pressure, and work independently.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, and a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent work experience.
