What you will do

• Create quotations and opportunities in the ERP system and provide them to customers.
• Create, maintain, and audit accurate sales orders.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations across functions by phone, email, and fax.
• Develop expertise in customer, regional, and country-specific requirements to improve customer satisfaction.
• Review product configurations, identify critical errors, and support complex orders.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement, streamlining, and cost-reduction initiatives while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in the relevant specialized discipline.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for improving products, processes, or services.
• Ability to solve complex problems, exercise judgment, and identify innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
