What you will do
- Coordinate and track materials and tools for assigned tasks to ensure daily work plans are met.
- Manage service order tracking, time writing, and tool calibration records.
- Generate standardized reports and maintain administrative logistics records.
- Identify and escalate basic operational issues to ensure machine-level efficiency.
- Communicate with internal teams and support project stakeholders with necessary data.
- Signal process improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of SAP, CAM, or SMS systems.
- Ability to work in various settings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail for administrative and reporting tasks.
- Must be based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
