CNC Programmer II - 1st Shift

Location: Irving, Texas, USA; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Set up, program, and operate Fanuc and HAAS CNC milling centers using Mastercam.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequences.
• Machine parts to close tolerances and inspect finished products using precision gauges and inspection tools.
• Document setups and operating procedures with written descriptions, sketches, and solid models.
• Mentor and train junior operators and apprentices.
• Follow safety procedures and support additional machining assignments as needed.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of manual machining and CNC setup and operation experience with conversational programming.
• Experience reading complex machine and component drawings.
• Proficiency with Mastercam is preferred.
• Fluent English for speaking, reading, and understanding verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, self-motivation, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work when required; travel is 0–10%.
