Global Finance/ Controlling Business Partner (m/f/d) 10-month fixed-term position

What you will do

• Act as Finance Business Partner for a global product line within the Advanced Lighting Systems division.
• Support the globally responsible product manager as part of the product line management team.
• Conduct profitability, performance, and ad-hoc analyses and present recommendations to senior management.
• Own product-line forecasting and budget planning, and drive corrective actions when results deviate from plan.
• Manage and support cross-functional business cases, investment projects, and R&D initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
• At least five years of controlling experience in an internationally operating manufacturing company.
• Strong command of MS Office, SAP FI/CO, and OneStream.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to interpret complex business data and derive effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English are required.
• Flexibility and resilience when adapting to changing priorities and working under time pressure.
