Vice President, Real Estate & Workplace Services

Base salary: $184,100–$348,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a multi-year real estate and workplace services strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, talent needs, employee experience, and financial objectives.
• Optimize owned, leased, tenant-occupied, and specialized environments through site strategy, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, consolidations, and capital investments.
• Oversee facilities operations, workplace planning, design, construction, renovation, relocation, and capital project delivery.
• Lead corporate security, emergency preparedness, incident response, access control, duty of care, and operational resiliency programs.
• Manage environmental health and safety, regulatory compliance, sustainability, energy and utilities, and building performance reporting.
• Develop workplace technology, data, analytics, reporting, hospitality, and employee experience capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, real estate, facilities management, business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate real estate, facilities, workplace services, construction, portfolio management, security, or related operations.
• Experience leading complex teams and partner ecosystems involving service providers, brokers, landlords, contractors, consultants, security partners, and regulators.
• Financial leadership experience covering capital and operating budgets, business cases, P&L accountability, vendor economics, and portfolio cost optimization.
• Strong executive presence, communication, influence, and change leadership skills.
• Experience using data, analytics, workplace technology, occupancy insights, and service metrics to improve decisions and outcomes.
