Head of Real Estate & Workplace Services

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $158,000–$237,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Oversee transaction management, site assessments, real estate opportunities, and lease negotiations with broker partners.
• Lead annual real estate and workplace services budget development, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage domestic and international vendors, contractors, procurement activities, and service contracts.
• Ensure high-quality facility operations, including 24/7/365 maintenance and redundancy planning.
• Partner with business, engineering, operations, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and external stakeholders to deliver workplace capabilities and manage portfolio risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of business experience.
• 10+ years leading real estate, facilities, EH&S, or workplace services.
• Experience managing multi-site, rapid-growth environments covering offices, laboratories, depots, and manufacturing spaces.
• Proven strategic planning, operational management, safety-conscious execution, and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Exceptional business partnering, presentation, influencing, and C-Suite communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building and developing high-performing REWS teams across complex, multi-site global geographies.
• Experience guiding an organization from early-stage R&D through mature operations.
• Advanced project and portfolio management, analytical skills, and knowledge of international, federal, and state real estate and facilities regulations.
