Real Estate Manager

Location: On-site at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, another local hirify.global office, Austin, Texas, or Bracknell, UK. Travel may include up to 40%.

Compensation: $164,612–$201,193 annually, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Implement real estate department programs, procedures, and priorities.
• Analyze alternatives and provide recommendations to business, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage large and complex real estate projects and support global real estate strategy.
• Manage real estate assets involving environmental constraints, specialized uses, zoning, or community visibility.
• Represent the real estate department in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, valuation, integration, and post-closing activities.
• Develop real estate data, reporting, process improvement, and contract negotiation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, engineering, or supply chain; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus four years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in complex real estate work.
• At least five years of experience across multiple asset classes, including manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and office properties.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to manage varied, complex projects and communicate financial and business impacts to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, leasing, finance, zoning, environmental issues, and negotiation.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in real estate, business, or finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, financial modeling, SAP, and real estate database management.
• Experience with large, matrixed companies and AI applications in real estate.
• Experience with international real estate practices, construction project management, or complex process management.
