Sr. Analyst, Production Planning

What you will do

• Generate planned requirements using demand signals, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets to build network supply plans.
• Optimize supply planning to meet financial requirements, operational capacities, and wholesaler service objectives.
• Analyze product portfolios, identify process improvements, and recommend changes throughout the planning horizon.
• Coordinate replenishment plans and exception reporting with demand planning, customer management, production planning, sales, and finance.
• Support new product introductions, product conversions, and supply planning initiatives.
• Report business-unit KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service targets and network inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related business field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Experience in an end-to-end supply chain role, production planning, supply chain planning, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Clear professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and analysis to management.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
