Sales Manager, Institutional Trust

What you will do

• Win major institutional mandates for global custody, fund servicing, investment operations outsourcing, and capital markets services in the Netherlands and Europe.
• Build and manage a pipeline focused on profitable opportunities with annualized income above $250,000 and total contract value above $1 million.
• Create and lead complex, multi-functional deal teams in collaboration with senior management, relationship managers, operations, and product teams.
• Convert prospects into revenue-generating clients and cross-sell investment management, foreign exchange, transition management, and securities lending services.
• Promote hirify.global through roundtables, conferences, media, hospitality events, industry networking, and thought-leadership content.
• Lead the development of the insurance client segment in Continental Europe and coordinate product promotion with global servicing centers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consultative sales and complex institutional sales processes.
• Successful track record of closing profitable mandates with annualized income of $1 million or more and total contract value of $5 million or more.
• Experience selling for an asset servicing provider or working in a related financial services organization, such as an asset manager or consultancy.
• Established relationships with asset managers and asset owners, including pension and insurance organizations, plus experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the European regulatory environment and strong expertise in Dutch pension regulation, including Wet Toekomst Pensioenen (WTP).
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
