TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Supply Chain/Logistics): Manage and grow client accounts by understanding clients’ supply chains and partnering to deliver solutions with an accent on account health, upsell/cross-sell/renewal opportunities, and leading onboarding and quarterly strategy reviews. Focus on driving product adoption, monitoring client financial health and metrics, and coordinating globally across Asia, North America, and Latin America to resolve escalations and improve performance.

What you will do

  • Build and grow relationships with key client executives and stakeholders to deepen long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor account health through regular client meetings, reporting, and analysis of client financials and payment schedules.
  • Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities using deep knowledge of each client’s business.
  • Lead client onboarding, define standard operating procedures, and guide implementation stages and timelines for new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews with minimal guidance, including content for regular client touchpoints.
  • Track client success criteria and metrics, coordinate with Global Operations to address escalations, and mentor other Account Managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, sales/account management, or another client-facing role.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Dutch and English fluency required.
  • Strong business acumen and proven track record of (cross) selling.
  • Structured, process-oriented problem-solving with strong attention to detail and comfort working with metrics.
  • Client-centric mindset focused on outcomes and consultative account planning.
