Compensation: $74,650.52–$85,314.88 per year

What you will do

• Lead interior design projects and workstreams through programming, design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Develop space plans, test fits, design concepts, material palettes, furniture strategies, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate interior solutions with architects, engineers, planners, clients, vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, finish schedules, and furniture documentation.
• Conduct quality reviews, site visits, field observations, punch walks, and construction administration activities.
• Mentor junior designers and support proposals, project interviews, business development, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience with increasing responsibility on complex building projects.
• Experience leading projects through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Strong space planning, workplace strategy, interior detailing, furniture systems, finish selection, specifications, and FF&E coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and common visualization tools.
• Knowledge of building systems, life-safety requirements, accessibility standards, and applicable building codes, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• NCIDQ certification.
• LEED Accredited Professional, WELL Accredited Professional, or EDAC certification.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, workplace, science and technology, civic, or public-sector projects.
• Familiarity with workplace management platforms, CAFM/IWMS systems, and occupancy planning tools.
