What you will do

• Design, integrate, and document test equipment and Test Program Sets for avionics systems.
• Develop test stands that stimulate avionics control system boxes.
• Adapt units to test stands and perform system-level electrical design, schematic design, and integration.
• Integrate and debug hardware while applying circuit design and test methods.
• Create manuals, procedures, and test flow diagrams.
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, and colleagues in team environments and teleconferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with test stands or similar system-level electrical design.
• Experience with schematic design using Eagle, Mentor Graphics, or a similar qualified tool.
• Experience integrating and debugging hardware, with strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

• PWB and schematic-capture experience.
• Mechanical design experience with Fusion, CREO, or similar tools.
• Test Program Set development using NI TestStand software.
